Platform 01

Zimam — clinic management.

A clinic already keeps every record it needs. What it cannot do is tell you anything — not who is waiting, not what today took, not whether the patient you saw in March ever came back. Zimam is that same record, made legible.

The file
A patient you last saw two years ago is a search through a cabinet — if the folder was put back.
Every visit, diagnosis, prescription and scan on one screen. Found by part of a name in Arabic or English, or by mobile number.
The waiting room
Nobody knows how long they have been sitting there. You hear about the wait when they complain.
The board shows who arrived, who is next, and how long the longest wait has run — at the desk and on your phone.
The money
The day is added up at night, and what the centre took and what you took are the same pile of notes.
Two figures as the patient is released: the centre's share and yours, separated at the moment they are earned.
Insurance
Nobody knows what the company pays for a procedure until after it has been done.
Each company's price list is loaded. Cover shows on screen before the patient stands up.
Knowing
How many were listed for a procedure? How many never came back? Nobody can say.
Seen, booked, missed, listed, collected — for today, this month, or the year.
Nothing to install

Opens in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and saves to the home screen like an app.

Arabic and English names

Every patient is held in both scripts and found by part of a name in either. The screens themselves are in English.

Who sees what

Reception books, registers and takes payment, and never sees a total or a report. The owner sees all of it. Enforced on the server, not hidden in a menu.

When the line drops

The doctor's phone view still opens and still shows this morning's list, stamped with the time it last reached the server.

Built inside a working clinic, not for one. Everything above is running today — it is not a roadmap. The spine of it — patients, diary, desk, billing and insurance — has nothing speciality-specific in it, and the consultation and what comes off it carry only one extra field, for which eye. The examination sheet is the one part configured to yours, and ophthalmology ships complete today because an eye clinic is where Zimam was built.

How it fits

A platform, or a build of your own.

If what you run looks like the clinic Zimam was built in, you are adopting something finished. The work is configuration and training rather than design and build — and you watch it running before you decide anything.

Build your own

If your work is genuinely different, forcing it into someone else's software takes more out of you than building for it. That is what applications & solutions is for — and you will hear that rather than be pushed onto the platform.
