If you continue after the fourteen days

The trial carries no commitment and nothing here applies during it. This is what you would be agreeing to only if you decide to keep the platform afterwards — set out now, so it is never a surprise later.

How billing works

Quarterly, in advance. You pay for the coming three months at the start of them. The amount is agreed with you before your first invoice and is confirmed in writing; nothing is charged during the fourteen days, and no card is held.

If a payment is lateNothing is ever switched off without warning

First 15 days Everything runs as normal. The clinic notices nothing. We write to you.
The next 15 days Reading only. Every record stays open to you — you can search it, open it and export it. Nothing new can be entered.
Until the payment reaches us The platform is deactivated. Sign-in stops. Your records are kept exactly as they are, for as long as it takes, and come back untouched the moment payment reaches us. Nothing is deleted while it sits here.
Only after a letter from us Ten days’ written notice, or nothing happens at all. A deactivated clinic is not deleted on a timer. If we ever decide not to hold it any longer we write to you, and only ten days after that letter are the account and your instance deleted.

Nothing is ever deleted automatically. A deactivated clinic stays exactly as it is until one of two things happens: you pay, which restores everything immediately with no reinstatement charge and nothing lost — or we write to you, and the ten days in that letter run out.

Your records are yours

You can export your patients and their records at any stage above, including while the platform is read-only. If it ever reaches the final ten days, we will not delete anything until you have been given a full export or have told us you do not want one. We would rather hand you your records than hold them.
