fuseloom.com exists to tell you about our consulting services, and to help you decide whether we are the right partner for your AI journey.

Reading these pages does not make you a client, and it does not make us your consultant. That relationship begins only when we both sign an agreement. Until then you are a welcome guest, and these terms are the house rules.

FuseLoom is an AI consultancy working from Amman with clients wherever they are. The people you meet in the discovery call are on the team that does the work. There is no larger entity standing behind the name, and nobody joins your project without being named to you first.

When we work together, the detail lives in a written agreement we both sign — a proposal, a statement of work, or a consulting contract that sets out scope, responsibilities and terms for your engagement.

Six services are described on this site. Four of them end with software running on your systems; two — AI strategy and roadmap and AI enablement — end with a person in a room and a document, and deliver no software at all. Whichever you choose, the agreement is what says what you are getting.

If anything on this website appears to differ from that agreement, the agreement wins. Every time. This site describes the services in general; your contract describes them for you.

The words, graphics, animations and design on this site — along with the FuseLoom name and logo — belong to FuseLoom. They are how we present ourselves to the world, and there is real care in them.

You are welcome to browse, read, and share links for your own personal, non-commercial use.

What we ask you not to do is copy our content for other purposes: republishing it, redistributing it, or presenting it as your own. If you would like to use something beyond that, just ask us first at [email protected].

We write about AI plainly, and we hope this site teaches you something useful. But what you read here is general information — it is not technical, legal or business advice tailored to your situation.

That applies to the readiness check as well. Five questions produce a direction, not a diagnosis, and the page says so on its own face.

Good decisions about AI depend on your specifics: your data, your industry, your goals. Before acting on anything you read here, talk to us or to another qualified adviser. That conversation is what turns general information into a real plan.

We work to keep this site accurate and up to date. Being clear and honest matters to us, and that includes our own website.

Still, we cannot promise that every page is without errors at every moment, and we may update, correct or remove content at any time without notice.

If you spot something that looks wrong, we would genuinely like to hear about it. Say where you saw it and we will either fix it or explain why it stands.

You may notice a chat assistant on this site. It answers questions about FuseLoom from a set of written notes we keep about the firm — what the services are, how the method runs, what we will and will not claim.

It is a language model, and it does not run in your browser. What you type is sent to our endpoint and on to Anthropic, whose model writes the reply; the privacy policy sets out that path in full, including the one thing we ask of you — that you keep confidential material out of it.

For these terms, the point is narrower. Nothing the assistant says is an offer, a scope or a commitment. It cannot define your project, agree a deadline, or bind FuseLoom to anything — and if it ever appears to, section 02 settles it: only a signed agreement does. Where the assistant and a page disagree, the page wins; where a page and your agreement disagree, the agreement wins.

We may update these terms from time to time — for example when we add something new to the site, or when the law asks us to.

When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

If a change is one that matters to somebody who has already written to us, we would rather say so directly than let a date do the work.
