Ask the awkward one. What it would involve. Whether this is even the right thing for a business your size. Whether the work you have in mind is something we would take on. One sentence is enough — you do not need the right vocabulary.

You get back: the answer itself, in writing, from a person — normally within one working day, and if we cannot answer it properly that day you get a note saying when. Not an invitation to book a call to hear it. You can hold us to it later.

30 minutes · no obligation, no pitch

Tell us the part of the day that suits you and how to reach you — an email address or a mobile number, either is enough. A person comes back to fix the time, normally within one working day. Nothing you type is stored: it is emailed to us, and that is all.

You get back: the one task we would automate first — whether or not you work with us. And if AI is not the fit for your business, you hear that inside the same thirty minutes.

Not ready to be in touch at all? Ask the assistant in the corner. It is a language model, grounded in FuseLoom's own written notes, and what you type is sent to our server and on to Anthropic to be answered — so ask it about us, and keep anything confidential of yours out of it. When a question needs a decision it should not make, it stops and offers you our calendar or our inbox rather than guessing. The privacy page sets out the whole path.

Why there's no phone field

We don't publish a number, so we don't ask for yours.

FuseLoom has no phone number on this website. Asking for yours while withholding ours would be a one-sided trade — you'd be handing over the channel that interrupts you, in exchange for one that doesn't.

So everything here happens in writing, or on a call at a time you chose at a time you chose. If you would rather talk than type, the calendar above is the way, and it takes less of your time than leaving a number and waiting.
